All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, any publication of any copyrighted material is strictly prohibited without the express written consent of SOONCA.

SOONCA grants you the limited right to display the Materials only on your personal computer and to copy and download the Materials displayed on this site, provided that: (1) both the SOONCA copyright notice (set forth above) and this permission notice appear in the Materials so displayed, copied or downloaded. (2) such display, copy or download is solely for your personal or internal informational use (that is , not distributed or otherwise transmitted outside of your home/place of business or SOONCA , or otherwise broadcast in any media), You acknowledge and agree that you have no right to modify, edit, alter or enhance any of the Materials in any manner. This limited licence terminate s automatically without notice to you, if you breach any of these Terms, Upon termination of this limited licence, you agree to immediately destroy any electronic or printed Materials.

INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless SOONCA and its affiliates, representatives, partners, agents and employees from and against any and all liabilities, claims, costs and expenses, including legal fees that arise out of or in connection with your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept money order, direct banking and PayPal payment for all Australian and International purchases.
We will ship goods to you once your payment has been cleared to our account by our banker.

SHIPPING

We choose to use Australia Post registered services as our delivery service to ensure your goods arrive as quickly and safely as possible. Standard shipping and handling to anywhere in Australia is $4.00 flat rate. Express post within Australia is $7.50.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt via registered Post and come with insurance to the value of $100.

Orders over $100 will be shipped free of charge.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders are charged a flat shipping and handling rate of AU$20 for packages. All orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt via registered Post and come with insurance to the value of $100.

International customers ordering our products must accept the following agreement:

Soonca is not responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. Soonca is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left Australia. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by Soonca. When the returned merchandise is received by Soonca, your card account will be credited for the merchandise only. If you have questions regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, it is your responsibility, not ours, to research this information before placing your order.

If you do not accept these terms please do not proceed to order online via the Soonca website.

DELIVERY TIME
The length of time it takes to ship your order is dependant on where you are located. For orders within Australia delivery will be between 2 to 4 working days for standard delivery and next day delivery for all express orders (can be arrange same rate $7.50 flat rate) for international orders, please allow between 6 to 12 working days for regular delivery.

Soonca is not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

Risk of loss for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible to filing any claims with the carrier for lost shipments.

Whist every effort is made to have your package delivered to you as soon as possible, there is certain condition that may cause delays, this include:

*credit card approval : inaccurate credit card, billing and /or shipping information provided by you. Credit card authorisation and address verification must be received prior to processing your order,

*orders that are placed after midday (12pm EST) will be downloaded into the system the following day and therefore not processed that day,

SOLD OUT
If an item that we no longer have or keep in stock, your will be refunded the amount debited for this item.

RETURNS
If an item is damaged or faulty, please let us know with 7 days of receipt by contacting us and we can authorise a return or exchange. No items will be accepted for return without an RA number. Please leave your name, address and details of the product you wish to return. We do not offer returns based upon change of mind. Please choose carefully.

All items sent back to Soonca must be received in original packaging, in unused condition with tags attached. If Soonca believes that an item has been damaged or used we have every right to return the item back to you with no refund or exchange and also reserve the right to charge you for the associated return shipping and handling costs.

EXCHANGE
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at enquiries@soonca.com within 7 days upon receipt and we can rectify the problem promptly.
